feature 4 orphans (Henry 14, Jessie 12, Violet 10, and Benny 6) who
solve mysteries while traveling. Gertrude Chandler Warner wrote the
first 19 books in the series, beginning in 1942. The series is still in
production today written by different authors though with the byline
"Created by Gertrude Chandler Warner". |
